From Left to Right 1) The new home page annotated with the changes introduced to resolve issues identified during user research. 2) The new design focused on connecting diverse user groups to content and highlighting the contributions of ICCPUD agencies. 3) The site was made fully responsive and optimized for a mobile experience. 4) Meta-data about submissions was expanded, tags were evaluated and refined and/or augmented, and submission data was structured to aid search and dynamic display of content. This process could be performed by subject matter experts reducing the resource burden on programmers. 5) The mega menu with user terms. 6) A dynamic page serves up content for a specific audience, automating update of the site every time new content is added.
